Subject: Re: Nail polish ingredients question

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, I’m glad to hear the nail polishes don’t contain animal ingredients.

How can it be that the only products with animal ingredients are those that you listed, though? I have seen beeswax on the lipsticks’ ingredients list..

Thanks
Joanne

Subject: Nail polish ingredients question

Hello,

I have a question about ingredients in your nail polish lines (regular, matte, salon, and NYX Girls). I’m wondering if there are any animal ingredients in any of the nail polishes/treatments (such as guanine (CI 75150, 75170), pearl, silk, keratin, carmine (CI 75470), etc)? If so, would you be able to tell me which products?

In particular, I have seen some NYX Girls nail polishes that have labels with carmine in the “may contain” list, and others with different labels that don’t list carmine. Do any of the polishes actually contain carmine, and if so could you tell me which ones?

Thanks very much!
Joanne
